Positive: Clean, friendly home with all the amenities. The view from the pool is amazing - and the pool itself was really great. Easy access to multiple beaches which were all very easy to access. Great place if you are looking for a relaxing time.
Negative: The area is a little remote with the nearest large city an hour away. But on the upside this means that the crowds are smaller and not overly touristy. Good places locally to eat - but make sure that you have reservations.
Summary: Family really enjoyed the stay and the host - Adele - is a real treasure!

Positive: Fantastic communication from host Adele prior to visit as well as during our stay. Adele was super helpful in reccommending areas to visit as well as going the extra mile by booking restaurants as well as a sail boat trip for us. The villa sits towards the top of a gated hill community and is accessed via a paved road. Thanks to its position it has fantastic views of the sea and valley within beautifully maintained private garden. The villa benefits from central air conditioning which was much needed during our stay when temperatures reached 38C. My fiance left one of her favourite tops by the pool, Adele amazingly arranged its postage back to us. I would highly recommend booking this delightfully relaxing villa if you are considering visiting Sardinia for its beautiful and private location and 5 minutes drive to a large, well catered for sandy beach.
